- Breaking out existing floor slab within restricted hours due to surrounding offices
- Excavation of 200m3 of subsoil/aggregate to allow for new floor level
- Installation of siphonic drainage system, this system was used as all surrounding sewer lines had a higher invert level
- Prepare floor area for slab pour, intallation of dpm, mesh and shutters to box out drainage channel runs
- Pour first lower section of floor in one pour
- Prepare higher section of floor again installation of dpm, mesh and shutters to retain higher level of concrete
- Polish finish higher level of concrete
