- All internal/external drainage and services works to plots
- Construct and pour concrete floor slabs
- Infill of soft landscaping areas with suitable sub and topsoil
- Hardlandscaping around plots, works included slabbing, kerbing and mono blocking
- Grading off banking down into burn and installing vegetation matting to prevent landslips and to encourage vegetation grown on the banking
- Laying specially specified regular block to selected panels of the road
